You will see from my website I have run construction companies with small and large projects, to deliver these projects I have made a career developing and growing supply chain subcontractors to deliver my workload- whilst it was never my job to “run” a subcontractors organisation many times I found myself supporting and helping to develop highly skilled subcontractors to operate at a much higher level than they had previously done,
