Joe comes to Savvy Projects with significant experience in executive management within the built environment - the past 25 years at executive and senior management level running large organisations (building contractors/property developers) and mega projects both locally and internationally.

Joes experience spans the full gambit of the contracting and property development business having served as executive director/general manager/operations director/project director, and has multifaceted experience across the required disciplines to manage companies and projects (large scale €500m+ to multiple projects of varying values and complexity)

Joe’s skillsets include,

Company and Business Management, including business infrastructure mapping and integration

Company Resource Planning and Sourcing

Business planning and forecasting

Project Management

Design Management fundamental and probably the most important stage of any project,

Procurement Management (supply chain support) critical to the delivery of projects both from an execution perspective and commercial viability,

Project Controls, including proper planning/scheduling/monitoring with commercial management/reporting.

Project Logistics and Execution, With more than 100 projects successfully delivered.

Joe has a unique mix of leadership and technical skills acquired internationally and at home (Ireland & UK) providing a unique perspective on the business of delivering/executing successful projects.
