2. Considering your needs do a gap analysis to understand the workload required to get you from where you are to where you want to be
3. Develop a plan of action with you and your team, this plan can include the following
a. Analysis of workload and schedules for delivery of your projects
b. Assessing capabilities of the team and advising on training and or additions as required
c. Looking at the processes and procedures for managing the following
i. Project management – Scheduling-programming/Purchasing-procurement/technical management (shop drawings-technical coordination with main contractor/Client)/Reporting/health and safety management/etc
ii. Commercial management
iii. Financial management
d. Preparation of business plan and resource management
4. Ongoing mentoring and advice.
